Where should I live in California??? HLP MEE!?

Okay I like places that are sunny all year long. Not Hot. And not desert-ish but Sunny. I want to liv in a suburb close 2 a city and not far frm the country. Sum where reasonably safe. And within a 5 hr drive to HollyWood. Has a nice near by beach and is pretty athletic/ artsy. With laid back ppl who arn't all high nose and richy lyk beverly hills. Not 2 expensive but u noe, I can tak the average california pricing. I want property that wont kill my pocket book. But is nice and modern. Good schools and lots of things 2 do. PLZ i need hlp!!! I want a ethnic mixed area b cuz im caucasian asian native american and hispanic. Since so I lyk a lot of mixed ethnic areas b cuz i dont lyk being around racis ppl. I want a place thats not all perfect and will except me as an indivisual. K tanx! :D
