I think turquoise or blond, maybe even both, would look really good in your hair. I would cut it alittle shorter and get more layers, but not too many! Do not try out with bad romance! I would go with the Kelly Clarkson song. At your new school just be outgoing and friendly. Don't just sit in the background and let people p you by, cause you look like a fun girl.
