I have never bought a propane tank before always a charcoal guy.. do i just buy them used at the gas station?

There are many places that sell empty ones that you can get filled at a gas station. Lowes and Home Depot. They also have tank exchange programs where you can buy a pre-filled tank, and when it is empty you can exchange it for a full one for a small price, usually under $20.00.
