I am short about $12,000 for my 1st year of Law school, have bad credit & no co signer, how do I get $?

And to add fire to the fuel.. I actually have a decent job so I don't qualify for any need-based loans or programs. Is there any way for me to get a loan w/out a co signer and bad credit? Or is there a grant that I can easily qualify for? anyway for me to come up with $12000 for school?
