hurts after first time :(?

Hiiii! 2 days ago me and my boyfriend had . It was both of our first time. And people say your first time hurts, but mine didnt! But now its starting to hurt. Like when i was peeing this morning, it stang abit inside. And when i was earlier it was reaally painfull. Also i think i felt a cut inside my ? Is this.. kinda normal? I dont know what to do! im scared! If i go to the doctor, that means i will have to tell my mom! And that will be embarring! HELP x
