How do you get legendary cards in Madden Ultimate team?

I'm not 100% sure, but i think they are in the Platinum Pack(9000 coins!!!!). But if you cant afford it, you can try to find some (hopefully) in the auction house although in the AH it may be super expensive. If you dont buy coins, it'll be very hard to get it
