Manny Ramirez vs. AROD ?

How is it that Manny tests positive for a drug that people sometimes use when quitting steroids and gets 50 game suspension and AROD strait up admits steroid use for atleast 3 yrs even know it was probably longer but doesnt get any suspension hell the league does nothing to him. Thankgod we have atleast one pure natural power hitter in the steroid era and thats Griffey. His body hasnt changed since he was 20 yrs old. Either ban all the steroid users from the Hall of Fame or let Pete Rose in.
