Ideal Clic NF260 boiler howl?

Does anyone have a suggestion as to why my Ideal boiler starts to howl about 15 minutes after starting up? Lasts for a minute or two and then is OK. Only happens when it is heating the radiators, not when it's just heating the water tank. Sound is a pure sine wave like a resonance, rather than a buzz, rattle, etc.
