How would you guys react?

How would you guys react if "situation" happens to you just like that guy in the movie "Shallow Hal".He sees everything as beautiful whereas it's not.But I love the ending whereby he realise that the woman is not as what he saw when he was being hypnotised.But he still loves him.Will this kind of situation happens in real life?Just imagine those things....How would you guys or gals reacted?Will u accept the girl or the guy as who he/she is?
